Michael Clark – Michael was born in Cudahy, Wisconsin and is a graduate of the Medical College of Wisconsin. His medical school awards include the Walter Zeit Leadership Award, the Zeiman Foundation Award, the Klein Scholarship and the Herzog Scholarship.

Jon Cole – Jon was born in Minneapolis, Minnesota and is a graduate of the University of Colorado School of Medicine.
